Some sites, such as Blogger, will show you how to set up a blog for free. Every time someone clicks on that link and orders something from one of those sites, you get a commission.
You can also use Google Adsense, which are ads set up by other sites for products/services with content related to your site. They are displayed on your site with a link, and when someone clicks that link, you get paid.

If you are good at writing or typing, Freelancing may be a great option for you. There are Freelance sites on the web that will post certain projects to write about. If you see one that interests you, you can bid on it. If you are accepted, and submit the work, you will be paid.
